Karen Templeton brings a relationship-focused approach to real estate, believing that buying or selling a home is about far more than completing a transaction. Her philosophy centers on building trust, listening first, and maintaining honest communication while keeping her clients’ goals at the forefront. Karen is committed to providing attentive service and takes pride in helping people achieve the results they are hoping for.
Originally from South Africa, Karen moved with her family to north Georgia at the age of five and spent most of her life there before relocating to Idaho in 2013, where she lived for eleven years. She recently moved to Florida with her three children and decided to pursue her passion for real estate. Her interest in the industry grew through years of working closely with property owners, owning a property management company, and personally buying and flipping homes. These experiences gave her firsthand knowledge of the excitement and satisfaction that come with purchasing a dream home or successfully selling a property.
Karen’s background in property management and customer service has helped her develop strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. She is known for being approachable, upbeat, and compassionate, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their goals and concerns. Karen is motivated to work tirelessly for the people she serves and is dedicated to making each experience a positive one.
Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys spending time outdoors, especially skiing, kayaking, horseback riding, hunting and fishing. She also has a passion for playing the piano. With a strong sense of adventure and determination, she approaches both life and her career with enthusiasm and a positive mindset.
